Last week was the crazier week ever once i landed in Melbourne Airport.2 weeks break in Malaysia is kinda off short but just enough for me to get all the things done in time.Got my wisdom tooth removed, renew my passport, catch up with friends and most importantly spending time with my family back home:)
There comes my diary for the week:
Thursday:Landed Melbourne airport and went to work in the morning.Came home at night unpacked my hand baggage and went to bed for the night!
Friday:Working and at night we had a HEN'S Night party for Shannon the bride to be on Saturday. It was an awesome evening to see the bride spending her last night with all her good friends flying all the way from Malaysia and New Zealand! Lucky you Shannon:) Hope you have fun on that day and most importantly use all the presents we got for you !
Sat:Woke up really early to prepare myself for Shannon's big day! Met up with my high school senior and some other girls from KL and bring them over to Shannon's house as they are Shannon's bridesmaid. We were lucky to have such a nice weather with 27 degrees.Cut the story short, the wedding went on smoothly, totally love the way Shannon says I DO and the surprise that Richard gave after the vows.Such a lovely couple. At night,we throw the newly wed a after surprise party...:)
Sun:My normal Sunday routine church. The message on that Sunday was really good, preached by Pastor Julie Khoo.Thou the sermon went for an extended 30 minutes, but i dint felt like it as the entire sermon was so engaging and went straight to the point. At first,i thought i could finally rest after church, who knows i have a pooped up dinner to attend with my high school seniors.
Mon:Went for class the whole day and managed to catch some sleep before dinner with the group of friends Yellow Forever.lol.Came back home around 12pm after watching Captain Philip in Crown.
Tue:Yeah is an official public holiday in Melbourne:) a PLANNED DAY for me to rest. But But But i got a last minute invitation to the Melbourne Cup last night,or maybe this morning at 0030am.and i decided to go since i have never been to Melbourne Cup after 6 years in Melbourne. Wasnt prepare for the day at all,but luckily i have a floral party to dress up for the day! I would say i was a good experience as you can see everyone dressing up so nicely especially the ladies with beautiful hats and accessories on their head.
