Back to foundation

Exam is around the corner for the uni students,so we had an exam tips on how to prepare well for exam at youth.Overall it was really good, although most of the things been mentioned i have heard hundred  of times, but is really an awakening call for me..

Life been busy with work and many other things in life,is so hard to keep myself on track...as i have lost the most important ingredient to success which is DISCIPLINE.Its so clear what i need to do first and put the less important things on hold.but so often, i tend to do what i feel like doing and keep procrastinating on the important things in life.

Need to start putting myself together and stop wondering around on unnecessary things.

One Step at a time

Most of the time what we planned dint get to turn out the way we wanted it to be..Well i learnt my lesson this time round.I need to take things slowly Instead of rushing through and gain nothing out of it.

Always thought I could maximise myself to achieve the things I have listed for myself. I like to do things fast and  don’t want to waste time. As time wait for no men.At the end I realize, I could not handle it well due to the overwhelm amount of stress and pressure.

Had a good chat with dad and my brother the other day.One interesting TOPIC been raised by my brother that kind of trigger my mind to think..

1)we know that in most religion we hardly came across situation where people inviting friends to their religious event. But this is not the case for Christian..only Christian will try to evangelist and spread the gospel. To be honest the main reason we are doing this is because in the bible we are taught to bring the good news to the unbeliever...is good to obey the bible.BUT the question here is are we sincere in wanting them to know Christ or we are just doing it out of duty???

2) Is always good getting to know someone better by spending time with them (especially the non believer)..for example there is a new comer who comes to church one Sunday morning, after talking to he or she .we as a member of the church have to keep in touch with the respective person. Are we doing all these just because we hope that one day this person will come to know God or we just want to know them better as a friend ?I know is good to have the thoughts hoping that one day that person will accept Christ as we are bearing fruits in God's kingdom...but at the same time we should not think in such a way...we should be their friends with no exterior motives. The best way to bring a person to Christ is through the way we lead our lives..only through our actions people are convinced..

my weird collections

For many people the most common things that people collect will be watches, cosmetics, stamps ,shoes and etc.I do love bags, but i have an unusual collections/habits which is no other than tupperware/containers! hahah .I know is kinda of weird but I dont why i just love buying containers, whenever i see containers having sales i just cant resists myself to buy.Just bought 4 new containers from Big W to my collections in the pantry!I can imagine if i have my own house in future im sure you will see lots of different sizes of containers:)I think the main reason is because i find it more tidy and neat to put all the small ingredients or fresh food in container. It just make the cupboard or fridge looks so much clean and neat!

Finally i get to own my  first glass container!Im going to use it as my lunch box for work!

Ang Ku Kueh

Amongst all the malaysia kueh, my favourite is definitely the ang ku kueh! The reason is because it has a chewy texture taste like chewy gum .hahhah..Ang ku kueh translates directly from Hokkien means  the red tortoise cake.  Managed to get the recipe from one of my favourite food blog where the blogger wrote a very detailed step by step instruction accompany with youtube video which is make it so much easy for me to follow through. After reading through the blog i came to know that in the older days,Ang ku kueh is used to give as a gift to celebrate weddings, birthdays or newborn's full moon.

This is my 2nd attempt of making..Never had i imagine that i actually have that patience and passion to make ang ku kueh.I suppose if i am back in Malaysia i wont be bother to spend so much time making it as back home these kueh can be easily purchase from the local hawker store at a really cheap price.Although they dint look good in appearance, but trust me the taste actually taste quite good!
