The ingredients use to make puff pastry are really cheap,mainly just butter,water and flour.Is the process of kneading and time waiting for the dough to set that makes them costly to purchase.It really involves plenty of labor work in it.My suggestion is that,if you are not going to eat much,is better off to buy it from bakery store.I would really have to admit that it is definitely worth more than $4 for a croissant, as i used to think croissant are way overpriced.

The round one is called:Cinnamon and raisin Escargot(they are danishes as well)
After baking for 25 to 30 minutes.the whole room was filled with aroma of nice buttery smell.are you craving for them after looking at it?lol
