If you have a dog,the dog will be your servant , vice versa if you have a cat, you will become the cat servant.I have to say this statement cant be more true !
Our friend's cat Bea has been staying with us for the past few days.i can honestly tell you ,my cousin and i have become the cat's pet hahaha.On first day,the cat BEA was just hiding under the couch,dint want to eat or drink.We had to pull her out of the couch,lure with food ,feed her with food on our palms and even trying to play with her assuring she is not homesick,sick,or lonely..
Not only that,every morning we had to find her making sure she is still in the apartment by not jumping out of the balcony.lol. The MOST troubling part is that her litter tray has to be cleaned daily,making sure it is always clean so that cat wont do their business elsewhere apart from the litter tray.tough life right??
Just yesterday, we had to bring her to the vet just because there were some stains in the cat's poo.We were so afraid she might fall sick or something...nonetheless, the vet said she is very healthy,gained 200g,fur is nice and shine,healthy teeth.The only reason the vet could assume is probably the stress due to the changed of environment...quite sarcastic right...what is so stress about for being a cat..having to sleep 18 hours a day,waking up with food and people to play with her.ahhahah.I believe my life is more stress than that !
the aforementioned wasnt easy as Bea wasnt comfortable with us and us being a foster mum for the cat wasnt as easy as we thought..more responsibility are being placed upon us..
As all things come with good a 'prize' , Bea has adapted very well at our place now.No longer playing 'Hide and seek' with us.You could easily spot her at her few favorite spots(dining chair,behind the tv,under the laundry stand).You be lucky if she is in her good mood,she will come around lying and wanting belly from you.
