Almost one month is gone for 2016.I wonder how everyone is coping with the brand new year.
At the start of the year ,2016,wasn't a good start for me.i was caught with a serious cold.Sick for more than a week.Dint go to work for a week as my fever was running extremely high.Never in my life i lose appetite for food, but this time around i really have no appetite for anything.Whenever i eat something,i will just throw out. What a life,i would never ever wanted to be this sick ever again! It is really a nightmare for me.
On the 3rd day of January,Tony cut his right feet with the edge of the stainless steel shower door.I was in the mist of having fever and had to drive him to Royal Melbourne hospital . The cut on his cut was really deep and long.Blood were all over the bathroom, luckily enough i was at his place that day to gave his an emergency first aid to stop the blood from oozing out. So basically that's how we spent our first week of 2016.One at home resting, the other one was in the hospital for a day and also resting in his house for 3 weeks!
will update more on the January on our trip to Thousand Steps and Geelong with all my beloved peers from church:)

How the Chinese celebrate birthday
It is good dating someone from a different background, you
get to learn and know the habits, culture of another country. Tony and I are
both Chinese the only different is I’m a Malaysian Chinese and he the authentic
Chinese lol. Although we are both Chinese, but still there are so many things
different in terms of culture and the way we do things. Now I realise I’m so
not Chinese at all. In other word, the Malaysian Chinese are much more westernize.
I have been in Australia for so long, as much as I like to
eat chicken feet I have never ever bought it once from the market as I don’t
know how to cook it. Yesterday, was my first time buying chicken feet from the
market as Tony’s mum wanna to cook for this birthday dinner as entrĂ©e. Luckily
enough we have Asian grocery store near my work place, if not where can you buy
chicken feet.
2nd, Malaysian don’t eat dumplings as often, but
the Chinese loves dumpling A LOT .Now I know, Tony is not the only one that
loves dumpling in fact everyone loves eating dumpling. Not sure why I hardly
sees Mandy and Vivi eating dumpling! Anyway, ever since going out with Tony, I
sort of got influenced by him. I started eating dumplings more frequent than
ever. I believe in the past 3 months, I have eaten more dumplings than the past
7 years in Australia.(ps:I even look up the internet wanan to learn how to make
Xiao long bao!).
we had steamboat and korean bbq for Tony's Birthday.Unfortunately,i dint manage to get a picture of the chicken feet and dumplings.
The birthday cupcakes baked by me:)
(Green Tea cupcakes,n white chocolate cupcakes)
A photo with the birthday boy and his mum
It was a good meet up with all his friends.Tony is pretty much like me as we both have a group of close friends in church .These people are like our sisters and brothers which I don’t think we can depart from each other! Hopefully in the weeks to come, he can get the chance to meet up with the LSCC group.(Especially our ladies group lol)

(Farewell for Tiffany)
Tiffany has finished her studies and going back to Singapore as a qualified nutritionist.3 years has gone pass so fast, and now is time to say good bye to our beloved usher member. The usher team is down by one more person now:( Last month,Jason has left the usher team as he couldn't not commit to come every week.I believe in December Jia wenn will be leaving us to Traralgon .

Mid week of Nov 2015
This week has been rather exciting for me as i finally changed my phone.Had a huge jump of upgrade from iphone 4s to a 6 plus! the moment im on 6 plus and when i look back at my old phone,in my mind i was thinking wow how did i even survive on a small phone for so long. All these while i was streaming online drama using a small phone:) Anyway i still love my 4s .it has been with me for almost 4 years and it didn't really give me any problem until recently. Hopefully this 6 plus will treat n serve me well too.
Meanwhile,im counting down my days to Malaysia.Im so excited for it as this is my surprise trip home.i wonder how would mum and dad react when they see me at the gate.cant wait to see my little brother Matthew and his new brother(new family member -Dog :Wenger)
Ending the blog with a picture of me and Tony - our face time picture.Miss him so much as i haven't been seeing him the entire week. What a busy man! Luckily, thanks to technology, i can now see him through video call.Seriously cant imagine how people in the olden days feel.having to wait for snail mail for months and months.

Why pay $$$$ when you can make it for under $3
My whole instagram is flooded with pictures of fancy milkshake in mason jar.Was told by my cousin, cafes charge around $10 to $15 for the milkshake. Then i told her, well i can make one just as good or even better and healthier (btw it is never healthy )lol
Day 1: Oreo banana milkshake with doughnut and chocolate drizzle
Day 2, i reinvent another 2 flavors
Right:Blueberry and banana milkshake with peanut butter timtam with honey
Left:Banana milkshake with some chocolate sprinkle
Its so quick and easy to make fancy milkshake, all you need its just creativity and patience!

I have been MIA for abit lately due to super packed schedule juggling between work and studies.Putting that aside, there a new change in my life.I think i have found' my partner in crime' (Mr Panda-nick name)
For those who have known me for sometime, i have never been going out with anyone. There might been a few occasions i went on the so called dates but things never seem to work out for many reasons.
I would have to say it is really amazing how i meet Mr Panda. You can say is friend intro or in the more traditional saying it was actually a blind date.To be honest i have never placed much expectation during our first meet up.In fact,i even brought Mandy along with me during our first meet up because to me it was just getting to know a new friend/brother in Christ.
I suppose things always happen when you least expect it.Our first meet up was quite casual like anything other normal dinner. The good thing about it was we dint feel any awkwardness during the dinner. Maybe because of that, that leads to more dinners and catch ups and eventually it became an official date.
There is something very special about Mr.Panda.Whenever i am with him i feel very comfortable as if i have known him for ages.I have never felt this way before apart from hanging with all my friends which i have known for years. To me,i always thought when you see the person you like, you will have the butterflies in your stomach. But towards Mr Panda, calmness and comfortable are the two words i can use to describe it.
I haven really known Mr Panda long enough to say he is the 'ONE' right now.But one thing for sure because of him i learn to spend more time with God,reading his word seeking him (I guess this the sign that shows this should be the right person). As our goal is to build a godly family and it all should start by reading the word.
Just like Adrian once mentioned to me,if you find the one that really loves you.He will loves you for everything you do and the way you are! now i can truly understand what it means.
I truly believe it is all about God's timing. When the time is right ,things happened like the flash light without any signs. He makes the impossible into possible.Just keep praying and asking unceasingly.Just a word of encouragement, He will give at the right time.If at the point of time, you really wanted something badly but it wasn't given just remember he has something better in store for you.You just need to wait for it.
