A first graduate job is very important as it lays a strong foundation on where we will be heading off in future.For me it wasn't easy,it took me 9 to 10 months to get my first job! The waiting process was really hard for me..perhaps that time was the lowest point of my life.Now i can greatly testify the waiting process was rewarding and definitely worth waiting for.Though in terms of pay wise it wasn't that great but i am contented with what was given...at least i dint drag myself every morning to work for the money!
Working in a small medium size company is fun..where you get the opportunity to know everyone well enough that they eventually become our friends/family instead of just colleague.MOST importantly i felt so much at home too as i felt appreciated and important by them... being the youngest in the company i am well taken care by all the seniors and managers.They always make sure that im doing fine with the workload that was given.
Even today i was told by the operation manager that she got an approval to get me a $100 gift voucher.It is a reward to me for helping around as my colleague was away for 3 weeks.In fact, i dint do much, i dint even have to work overtime and yet i was rewarded which is something good to share! Thank you :)
Anyway indeed its really a good start to be a part of Schweigen .Hopefully for the many years to come i will always be blessed with good company,colleagues and environment.
