Family Dinner

Rushed home on Sunday after church service because i need to cook a feast for 7 people.

Luckily,i did the shopping on Saturday if not i wont have the time at all with all the preparation needed to do.

Menu for the night

1)Lasagna

2)Roast chicken wings and drumlets

3)Potato Salad

4)Mixed salad with beetroot with balsamic dressing

5)Bruschetta

my assistant : Josephine and Russell 

 this was the highlight of the day.Best dish
